As an account administrator you can activate or deactivate payment methods with your account in client portal.

Steps to deactivate a payment method

  1. Log into your account in Client Portal.

  2. Go to My Account > Settings > Payment Methods > Active

  3. Click on the three dots > deactivate

Steps to activate a payment method

  1. Log into your account in Client Portal.

  2. Go to My Account > Settings > Payment Methods > Inactive

  3. Click on the three dots > activate
