Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required to log into your account in Client Portal.

When you signed up you entered your mobile phone number or assigned an authentication app to generate verification codes.

When you login with your email and password you will be taken to the 2FA verification page. You will receive an SMS message with the verification code, or OTP code on your authentication app to input.

In the case you are not receiving any verification codes after multiple attempts to sign in, you can reach out to support@rapyd.net or open a ticket at support.rapyd.net
